From the get-go they were friendly, professional and kept me informed at all times. Their shipping process was very simple and efficient. As soon as the inspection had been done they called me to discuss repair options, and were very clear and pragmatic about the different choices.

I sent my wing in with much trepidation and in the hope that all would be well. I received perfect communication throughout the process, a very efficient courier return service, and a very detailed and reassuring service report.
It’s safe to say that my flying is really going to benefit from this because knowing that my wing is in perfect condition and will handle anything I throw at it is simply one less thing to worry about while I’m in the air.
